| Finally got a call in to Westvleteren to get some of the #1 beer in the world. It's like trying to get lunch with the princesses at Disney!! The monks make only enough to pay their bills, so it's a little hard to get the beer. You can only call on certain days at certain times, and hope that they answer. If they do answer then they take the license plate number of the car you are going to drive. After that you are not allowed to call or bring the same car in for 60 days! This was our lucky day and we all 3 got a call in for the same pickup time! It's two hours away so its better to carpool, but we all had to take our own cars.... Our husbands sure are lucky :) |
